"Big Boobs Benefits Boggle Babblefish" ... or ... "Bilingual Bazooms Bought for Big Bucks!" ... or ... "Busting the Budget!"

... A House of Commons committee is requesting that Health Canada translate and reproduce all of its research on silicone gel-filled breast implants at a cost of $56 million, Sun Media has learned.

[...] "That is an astronomical sum of money," said Stephen Fletcher, a committee member and parliamentary secretary to the health minister. "I think we have to apply the commmon-sense test here. Spending $56 million to translate 65,000 pages of material for something that's been researched completely is not a good use of taxpayers' money and the public service's time."

When the annual costs to the taxpayer top the $4 billion mark, you know we've got a rather large problem.
